Order Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Once an order is placed, it typically takes 2–5 business days to process, print, and prepare your items for shipment. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional events.

Shipping Method & Costs

We offer Standard Shipping for all orders which is either sent via USPS or DHL. On occasion another service may be employed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered and the destination address. From time to time, promotional free-shipping offers may apply. For people who live in the South Bay, shipping is always free! Yay!

Shipping Destinations

Domestic (U.S.): All orders are shipped to all 50 states.

International: We ship to select countries. Shipping availability, costs, and delivery times vary by destination and product. Please contact us at  if you are unsure whether we ship to your country. If international shipping is available, rates and delivery times will vary by location. The pricing for shipping will be clearly shown at check out.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days for U.S. destinations.
The total time from placing your order to receiving it is typically 5–10 days.

International Orders: Delivery times vary by country; typically 10–21 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If it remains missing, contact us so we can assist in filing a claim or issuing a replacement when appropriate.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
